Car hits building in two-vehicle crash on Belmont St

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a two-car crash at the intersection of Belmont Street and Belmont Avenue where one vehicle apparently struck a building. One of the vehicles was reported to be smoking, and four patients were identified with basic life support needs. Fire and police units responded, checked for structural damage, and no obvious damage to the building was reported at the time. Multiple ambulances and other emergency units managed patient transport and then began to clear the scene.
