Person reported to have medical episode on/near subway tracks in the Bronx

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a person may have had a medical episode (possibly passed out) on or near the subway tracks. Power was reported removed around 10:28 hours on Track 3 in the area between 149 St–Grand Concourse and 149 St/3 Av, and later responders indicated the person was removed from the tracks and power could be restored after confirming the tracks were clear.
