Chair blocking lane on I-480 entrance ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a possible chair in the roadway near the northbound 237 entrance to I-480 in the Cleveland area. Units discussed jurisdiction, and one unit indicated it would check the reported road hazard.
