Neighbors report domestic dispute at Knox Boulevard

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible domestic disturbance near Knox Boulevard after neighbors reported a man and woman yelling and a woman asking for help. It was unknown if anything physical had occurred.
