Go ahead, 19. When I was 74-year-old male patient was found lying on the floor, unable to use this left side. The patient is weaker on the left side. I'm going to call a stroke alert on this. He does appear to possibly have some facial droop to the right side. However, I can't really tell with his smile, but he is definitely weaker on the left. The blood pressure is 125, over 52, a pulse rate of around 100, atrophil on the monitor, respiration is about 20. He's got an 81 O2 sat on the left hand and a 97 on the right. At this time, patients in no distress as far as pain. He does have a CBG of 127. We've got an IV established, and we'll be there in about four minutes.
