Woman 58 with rapid heartbeat and speech difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a residence near 12th Street South in Brookings for a possible medical emergency involving a woman with a rapid heartbeat and difficulty speaking. A reporting party met responders at the door after calling on behalf of her mother.
