Group of juveniles yelling near Brookings townhomes

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a group of about six juveniles yelling and moving through townhomes near 3rd Street South and 8th Avenue South in Brookings. The juveniles then appeared to run north on 8th Avenue South and west between houses toward 7th Street South as officers attempted to follow on foot and by vehicle.
