Suspicious person report at Southside Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to Southside Park after a notification reported a blurry photo of a possible suspicious person near the bathrooms. An officer contacted someone walking in the area, who appeared to be a bar patron, and the call was cleared with nothing unusual found.
