Elderly man with Parkinson's fell and became unresponsive

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to an apartment near 15th Street South in Brookings for a 77-year-old man with Parkinson’s who had fallen. He was initially conscious and breathing but later reportedly stopped responding to phone calls.
