Unresponsive infant reported at home (breathing shallowly)

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a medical emergency reported near Clearwater Drive involving an unresponsive 5-month-old who was making noises and turning blue. Later radio traffic indicated the baby was breathing but with shallow breaths and had known heart issues; caller indicated the baby was not choking.
