Semi parked in handicap space at travel center

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller at a travel center near V18 Road in Brooklyn reported a semi truck parked in a handicap parking space, preventing a handicap vehicle from using the spot, and requested law enforcement assistance to have the truck moved.
