Noise complaint about loud music on fifth floor

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported loud music complaint at an apartment building on Westbrook Drive, possibly on the fifth floor. The reporting party did not want to talk with police and only requested that the noise be turned down. Officers checked with downstairs tenants and remained on scene while additional assistance was en route.
