Homeless diabetic female welfare check near Sheetz in Brooklyn

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched to the Sheetz at Cascade Crossing in Brooklyn for a welfare/medical check on a female described as homeless and diabetic, reportedly saying she did not want to die and that she had not been eating (food pantry mentioned). She was said to be outside near a picnic table and possibly wearing a blue dress.
