As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a man in a heavy coat with a backpack sitting on private property near West East Union Road. The man appeared to be around 40 years old and had reportedly been allowed previously to rest in the roadside ditch area. The reporting party requested contact with deputies regarding the situation.
