Elevator stuck after exceeding weight limit at casino

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to an elevator at the south tower of a casino after it reportedly exceeded the weight limit with multiple guests inside. The elevator was no longer stuck by the time units received an update, and all occupants had been freed, so the fire response was canceled.
