I would like him to be checked out, he's got lacerations to his head but he's trying to get on the scooter and go away from it. Requests you start at 1052 to Vernal and Industrial. I have a male subject that may have been hit. He's advising there's lacerations and requesting EMS to check the subject out. The subject's attempting to leave. I see if the officer who helped me on my OWI[1] can respond out here too.
