Man with COPD has trouble breathing when standing

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male adult near Washington Street in Browns appears to have difficulty breathing related to COPD. Emergency responders have been advised entry is through the back door. Patient is currently able to breathe and speak normally while lying down.
