Juvenile disturbance with report of possible explosives at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to respond near S Poplar St for a juvenile problem. A parent reported their 11-year-old was fighting and breaking things, and stated the child may have explosives in their room (wording unclear on the radio). An additional unit was also en route.
