Search for missing kayaker on Brownsville Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews initiated a water search near Brownsville Road and the Old Brownsville boat ramp for a woman last seen in a blue sit-on-top kayak. Multiple rescue units coordinated efforts along the river to locate the missing boater.
