Person screaming and causing disturbance at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are dispatched to a reported disturbance near Everett Street involving a person allegedly screaming, harassing someone, drawing on walls, and possibly under the influence of drugs. No weapons or physical assault are reported.
