Driver makes obscene and gun gestures in road rage

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible road rage incident on I-30 eastbound near exit 118 involving a gray Volvo from Texas. The other driver was allegedly brake-checking the caller and making obscene and simulated handgun gestures while both vehicles were traveling eastbound.
