Welfare check for unreachable family member

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch requested a welfare check near Macedonia Church on Hall Road after a caller reported being unable to reach a family member by phone. An officer was directed to meet the caller at the church, where the caller would be waiting in a Chevy Trailblazer.
