Stolen trailer taken from South Texas alleyway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers discussed a reported stolen trailer and a unit headed toward a location called Hilltop House. The trailer was reportedly taken from an alley behind a location on South Texas Street and later found on Bay Street.
