Man detained after sword incident at gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a disturbance at a gas station on Highway 246 in Buellton. A man reportedly struck a reporting party’s vehicle with an umbrella and was later reported to be holding a sword. Customers on scene apparently detained him until law enforcement arrived.
