Reckless electric bike riding in South Main area

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a traffic complaint about a kid riding an electric bike at high speed near River Park Drive in the South Main area and nearby Arizona Street in Buena Vista. Units planned to check the area for the rider.
