Unconscious person found at apartment on West Division Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Buffalo were dispatched to an apartment on West Division Street for a higher priority medical call involving an unconscious person. Another unit responded with lights and sirens to a nearby care facility on North Shore Drive for a sick individual.
