Possible intoxicated driver reported with child in SUV

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a worker at the Eagle Stop in Buffalo that a driver smelled of alcohol and there was a child in a white Dodge SUV. A Missouri license plate was provided (number withheld).
