Loose goats on highway near Buffalo

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible livestock hazard on US 16 near mile post 87 between a fuel station and a campground in the Buffalo area. Two goats, one brown and one white, were seen along the south side of the highway before the incident was later cleared.
