Disabled vehicle on highway near Buffalo

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a disabled vehicle on Highway 16 near the US 87 junction west of Buffalo. The driver reportedly ran out of fuel, and responders requested a rollback tow truck. A trooper and a deputy sheriff were reported on scene or heading to assist.
