Loose goats near US 16 in Buffalo area

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded to a report of livestock near the roadway on US 16 around milepost 87 in the Buffalo area, between a truck stop and a campground. Two goats were reportedly loose on the south side of the highway.
