Erratic cattle truck nearly hits cars on Highway 12

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a cattle hauler truck driving erratically eastbound on Highway 12 near the Ice Harbor construction area, apparently nearly pushing the reporting party and another vehicle into the guardrail. In a separate call, medical crews are sent to a veterans home on Wainwright Drive for an adult man who reportedly fell and has severe left arm and shoulder pain.
