Tree limb on power line and resident on oxygen

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to downed power line concerns and a large tree branch tangled in power lines near North Elm Street. There was no reported sparking or arcing. An elderly woman at the nearby residence was on oxygen with limited backup supply while electric crews were requested and had no clear arrival time.
