Grass fire contained along I-44 near Burkburnett

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a grass fire on the east side of I-44 near Burkburnett, between Daniels and East Road. Fire crews, including Burkburnett Fire and Wichita West Fire, responded to a grass fire near the Red River Expressway by Gilbert Creek on I-44. The fire was reported contained, and city police temporarily blocked the roadway while crews completed mop-up.
