Multiple detainees near 6th Street bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near the Valley and Fifth area by the 6th Street bridge for a possible disturbance involving a female requesting an officer. Multiple people were detained, and one person was transported with a routine, non-emergency response. Fire and medic units were directed to the scene.
