Small railroad tie fire near Burns

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to reports of a possible small fire along the railroad tracks near County Road 213 by Burns, Wyoming. Units searched the area and eventually located a smoldering railroad tie along the tracks. Railroad representatives were notified.
