Man found unresponsive in wheelchair after suspected overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to the Burton Inn on S Center Rd for a report of an adult male in a wheelchair who was not breathing and possibly overdosed; responders later indicated he appeared to be DOA, with police on scene.
