Vehicle towed by request to local body shop

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes an apparent disturbance between two women at a location on South Washington Street, with reports of yelling and someone shouting to get off of them. Multiple units were diverted from a vehicle tow request to respond to this possible physical altercation.
