Harassment complaint and welfare check request

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment on South Montana Street for a possible harassment complaint and welfare check requested by the caller about his mother and her boyfriend, and to help him safely retrieve his belongings. The caller was supposed to meet officers outside but later told dispatch he changed his mind and left, so the call was canceled. During the same period, officers also checked a report of a man allegedly urinating in trash cans near a restaurant alley but did not find anyone there.
