Man urinates in Taco Bell garbage cans

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a Taco Bell Cantina in Butte for a report of a man in a short-sleeve shirt and shorts possibly urinating in the business garbage cans near the alley. They checked the area and made contact with a person, but the reporting party left the scene and the call was canceled.
