Transformer arcing on Joe Reed Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to the area of Joe Reed Road for a report of a transformer arcing on a utility pole. Responding units reported a small arc at the top of the transformer with no active fire, and the utility company was notified to send a crew.
