Vehicle on roadside with possible damage

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible disabled light blue minivan on the shoulder of Highway 63 just north of the wayside near Cable, with a passerby noting a possible tire problem, possible deer strike, and apparent fluid leak. A deputy was assigned to check on the vehicle.
