42-year-old man acting erratic in psychiatric emergency

As discussed during the dispatch call, a psychiatric medical emergency involving an adult male was reported near Dean Martin Drive in the North Pulaski area. The man was agitated and acting erratically but was conscious and breathing with no weapons or violent behavior reported. EMS was notified and en route.
