Domestic dispute with vehicle and knives reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported domestic dispute near Virginia Smith Drive. A male and female were reportedly fighting over a vehicle outside an apartment, and the male was said to have a pocket knife and other knives in the vehicle. A witness reported that the male in a light blue SUV was trying to run the female over.
