Criminal mischief reported at Village Square Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment complex on State Street for a reported vandalism incident. The caller said criminal mischief occurred earlier and was not in progress when officers were dispatched. Officers planned to meet with the reporting person to gather more information.
