White smoke reported in possible structure fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to Clover Street in Caliente, Nevada, for a possible structure fire after a caller reported heavy white smoke with no visible flames. The caller later reported that the smoke was dissipating and there was still some steam in the area.
