Car out of gas blocking traffic at intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a stranded vehicle blocking traffic near Boonville Road and Palestine Road. A third party reported that the driver ran out of gas, and another person reportedly took the driver to a gas station while the vehicle remained in the roadway.
