Suspicious van and possible illegal dumping reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to River Road near Merchant and Avalon Road in Calverton for a complaint about a suspicious red Honda Odyssey, possibly involved in illegal dumping. The vehicle was reported with its doors open and no one seen nearby, and the occupant may be in the nearby woods.
