66-year-old man with heart issues has arm weakness

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were sent to a location on 320th Street near Cambridge for a 66-year-old man who is conscious and breathing but reportedly has heart problems and weakness in his arms. Responders were asked to approach without using sirens if possible.
