Power outage and electrical hazard on Benton Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Cambridge were dispatched to Benton Street in the village of Rockdale for a reported up-level electrical hazard and possible transformer explosion. Units set up roadblocks near Highland Road and Adams Street while power appeared to be out along Benton Street, and the utility company was asked to respond.
