I'm Kennedy County. This has a report of a reckless driver, Highway 69A near Loop Road. It's going to be heading southbound towards Camden. Caller Advise it's going to be a black SUV, possibly a Buick. He could only advise a partial tag of 2064. He advised that it came close to hitting a motorcycle on the other side of the road, just all over the roadway. Our caller's going to be still behind them.
